[Pachak] Lemon/Lime juice + black salt + sendhav ​​​​​​​salt + salt 

  • Lots of ginger, grated 
  • Lots of lemon/lime juice (1/2 cup ginter to 1 cup lemon/lime juice)
  • Add regular salt + sendahv salt + black salt till it is salty
  • Store in a very dry jar
  • Use after a couple of weeks
