[Pachak] Lemon/Lime juice + black salt + sendhav salt + salt
- Lots of ginger, grated
- Lots of lemon/lime juice (1/2 cup ginter to 1 cup lemon/lime juice)
- Add regular salt + sendahv salt + black salt till it is salty
- Store in a very dry jar
- Use after a couple of weeks
